Jake Alun

“Stuffed” is having its world premiere at @tiff_net tomorrow, September 10, and I had the absolute pleasure of shooting the film last year in Wales, playing the role of Daniel Parker.
To all the incredibly lucky people getting to see the film for the first time, enjoy, I’m very jealous! 😂
The first look clip has been released today, and @jodiemcomer sounds incredible, what a voice!!!

A mahoosive good luck and best wishes to the legends @theo_rhys and @jossholdenrea, thank you again for having me onboard.
A big thanks to Kathleen Crawford Casting for giving me a job.
The biggest thanks to my exceptional friend and agent @filmleoni @capulet.uk for all you do. 18 year old Jake would be buzzing.
And as ever, a big thank you to everyone else involved (it takes a village to make a film!).

A British comedy horror musical about taxidermy starring Jodie Comer and Harry Melling, what’s not to love!?

“Love, death, and taxidermy collide in this gloriously twisted musical, one of the year’s funniest, most original, and unexpectedly heartfelt romances.
Love and desire can make us do the strangest things. Stuffed gleefully asks just how far we’re willing to go.

In an inventive feature debut, director and co-writer Theo Rhys simultaneously serves up a dark comedy, an offbeat romance, and a twisted musical that dances between the macabre and the heartfelt. At its centre are Araminta, an isolated mortician-cum-taxidermist with a dream, and Bernie, a lonely factory worker whose extraordinary request draws these two outsiders together.“ (TIFF)
