nothing beats this feeling
witnessing my gals
@iamher.collective get out of their heads and LIVINGGGG in their bodies 💗😭
Embodiment has always been a huge part of what we’re building at I AM HER Collective.
It’s literally in our name:
H — Healing through community
E — Embodiment: coming back to your body + feminine power
R — Realignment with who you are and what matters to you
And lately, I’ve wanted us to create even MORE opportunities to actually practise that embodiment through movement
Because confidence isn’t only something you think your way into.
It is also learning to feel safe in your own skin.
Moving without wondering how you look.
Taking up space without apologising.
Being playful without needing to be “good” at it.
Doing something simply because it feels GOOD not because it’s productive or achieving something.
And doing that surrounded by women who are cheering you on instead of judging you HITS 👏 DIFFERENT👏
That’s sisterhood. 🥹
I was SO proud watching my girls at The Jungle Body Parramatta pop-up because most of us aren’t dancers 😂 but everyone put themselves out there and just DID THE DAMN THING.
Huge thank you to
@thejunglebodysydney for having us! Shoutout to
@drinkhopr for the drankity dranksss & shoutout to
@itsmarianna.x for absolutely killing her performance!
Here’s to women feeling safe enough to take up space, express themselves and feel good simply for the sake of feeling good.
That’s embodiment. And that’s what becoming HER is about. 🔥💃🏼💕
