M-shaped lips are one of my favorites to inject๐ค Theyโre such a beautiful example of why filler should never be approached with a one-size-fits-all technique.
For this client, she wanted subtle volume, improved symmetry, and hydration while still looking like herself.
With M-shaped lips, the central tubercle naturally carries more volume and projection, while other areas of the lip may have less volume and support. Rather than simply adding filler, I focused on supporting the areas that were less full and creating a more balanced transition across the lip.
By carefully restoring volume where it was needed and matching the height to her naturally fuller areas, we were able to soften the M-shape, improve symmetry, and create a smoother, more hydrated appearance.
The goal with filler isnโt always more volume. Sometimes itโs about placing the right amount of product in the right areas to create balance, structure, and smooth transitions.
This is why everything I do is anatomy-driven!
