Easing our way into September, the “other new year”.

This is our 10th year of home education, so we’ve learnt to take the start of September slowly. Gradually getting back into sessions, activities and our usual rhythm.

I love this shift into autumn after summer. The cooler days, the changing hedgerows, and all the golds and browns of the grasses and seed pods.

I’m especially enjoying the little pops of red and pink amongst it all.
