We made the trek out to Elora and stopped for some Barbecue at The Metcalfe Smokehouse. I have no notes. It was all spectacular. They’ve only been open for two months and I have no doubt they’ll do well because the food was top notch. Elora is also a pretty cool town 🤝

Went to try it today, unfortunately just average to below average bbq. Will give credit to the tots and the pulled pork but the ribs and brisket were underwhelming and the slaw was just bad.

Bucky Irving: Bucs defense is elite, arguably top-3, and if this continues, the Bucs offense doesn't need to be great. It will neutralize scoring and set Bucky Irving up for positive game-scripts.
