Dear Founder, don’t quit. In 2011, I walked out of Covenant University with a Mass Communication degree, a blue suit and big dreams. I had no idea RAGE Media was coming. From 2011 to 2017, I served various high level leaders across Nigeria, diligently solving problems and making things happen behind the scenes. In 2017, we sat around one table working on our first pitch. That was when I learnt that starting a business is not as easy as it sounds. The beginning never looked pretty. The prospect did not see anything special in what we had. 🤣 In 2018, we were 19 talents in one cubicle, in one country. Growing and making things happen for people who were crazy enough to trust us. Today, we are 200+ talents across our group of companies, in a building of our own, with offices in three countries. We have welcomed leaders, dignitaries and friends at the Lighthouse. Then this October, someone sent me a screenshot. The same university I graduated from in 2011 was celebrating what we built, at its 21st Convocation. I didn’t have many words. Just: God be praised. Business is hard. Leading people is harder. Getting people to believe in a vision they cannot yet see is close to a miracle. But it happens. If you are in your cubicle season right now, stay in the room. One day you will look back and be thankful. Don’t quit. #TGO #KeepGoing

There were some very exciting changes in the Fox den last month 🥹 October 1st, my lovey and I had our elopement ceremony--an intimate and small, legal ceremony with family and our maid of honour/best man🫶 This was wedding round one! We have a proper ceremony in planning for next year, but we wanted to have the legal/paperwork aspects out of the way, so that next year can be a celebration with our favorite people 🥰 Our dogs has THE best time, the weathee was absolutelt beautiful, and it was such a blessing to have the night photographed by our dear friend and incredibly talented @kemas.photography 🫂 Plans are moving for our big ceremony, and I cannot wait to share the work we've been putting in🥹 but for now, I'm so excited to finally say my high-school sweetheart is now my husband, and my partner in cosplay crime🥰🥰 #outofcosplay #canadian #cosplayer #actor #wedding canadian wedding wedding Canada vampire wedding halloween wedding october wedding fall wedding autumn elopement elopement photoshoot wedding photoshoot high-school sweethearts fall vampire autumn
