during our week off we have been busy doing some prep for, drum roll…. christmas!!!
Michael and Karen have been peeling, poaching and chopping oranges and lemons,soaking them in brandy and mixing them up with those seasonal spices that we all know and love
even tho the festive season is still a few months away,it’s a very important process to start early for us bakers.
Until then, we have got some halloween treats coming up soon💪🏻
