During our visit to New York, one of my boyfriend’s bucket-list places was the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Being able to experience this meaningful place with the person I love made the visit even more special.
The memorial was breathtaking, but also deeply moving. Standing there, taking in the waterfalls, the names, and the magnitude of what happened, was a moment I’ll never forget.
I’m grateful I got to be part of checking this special place off his bucket list, and even more grateful that we got to share the moment together. ❤️
Today, we remember those who were lost, those who were forever changed, and the heroes who showed extraordinary courage.
