Niharika Tiwari takes a strong stand for Rishabh Jaiswal and confronts Shehzad Poonawalla on Rise and Fall 2. She says, “Jhatke khaye hain usne aapke liye, jisme aapka performance bilkul achha nahi tha,” reminding Shehzad how Rishabh gave his best to help him win the ticket to the finale. 🔥

Was Niharika right to call out Shehzad?

الإمارات تحدد 9 ساعات حدًا أقصى للقيادة خلال 24 ساعة، اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2027، بهدف الحد من الحوادث الناتجة عن الإرهاق خلف المقود.

Ever since the hip thrust became big in the industry, there’s been at least one grown man that goes to sleep crying hysterically every night on account of its popularity. It’s so strange to me. Right now it’s definitely this guy Amir.

But I digress. This is a rather silly argument, but I’ll entertain it just because I’m bored and this is fun for me to reminisce.

The popular coaches 20 years ago were all of my colleagues. We spoke at the same seminars and were respectful to one another. Some coaches loved the hip thrust more than others, but I don’t think anyone hated it. They at least had a variation they liked prescribing and agreed that strengthening end-range hip extension was a good idea.

I’ll tag these guys below in case any feel like chiming in.
