TRUFFLE 3 IN 1 🍄✨

Pasta, tartare, and fried eggs - classic dishes for true gourmets, especially when paired with truffle 👌🏻 And this recipe combines all three!

The secret is in the ravioli: fresh pasta dough only needs 2 minutes to reach the perfect al dente texture. During this time, the filling with minced meat and egg yolk stays incredibly tender - almost like a classic tartare.

The result is an amazing combination of three dishes, enhanced by the deep, luxurious aroma of truffle. Definitely something every gourmet should try! 🤤

What is your favorite truffle combination? 🍄

Uhuhhh honey 🍯
