Humbled. Honored. Led. Grateful.
Last week, I had the honor of serving as a keynote speaker at the Camp Big West Leadership Institute in Arizona alongside inspiring leaders from across the Rotary family.
Sharing my journey and leadership lessons was a meaningful full-circle moment. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support others while continuing to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.
It was also a privilege to meet incoming Rotary International President Larry and experience the fellowship that makes Rotary so special.
A special thank-you to International Director Wyn Spiller for inviting me to participate and trusting me with this important platform.
To my Speaker’s Aide, Steve, and his wife, Colleen, thank you for your exceptional hospitality and for making me feel at home. I’m also grateful to the Wigwam Resort for its outstanding hospitality and beautiful setting.
Most of all, I’m thankful for the people—the connections, conversations, shared ideas, and opportunities that continue to unfold.
I left Arizona reminded that leadership is measured by the impact we make, the people we lift, and the doors we open for others.
I’m bringing the lessons, relationships, energy, and inspiration home—and I’m excited for what comes next.
Still learning. Still serving. Still leading. Still growing.
What leadership lesson or connection has made the greatest impact on you recently?
