At @macchialina the Omakase experience feels different every time. The menu evolves constantly, guided by the chef, the season, and the ingredients available that day.

From the first plate, everything slows down.

The freshness of the ingredients makes you want to close your eyes and, for a moment, feel as if you were somewhere by the sea. The dim lighting, the rhythm of each course, the wine selected to accompany every dish—each detail becomes part of the story.

Nothing feels accidental.

And when an experience is created with that much intention, the photographs should carry that same feeling.

For us, the goal wasn’t simply to photograph the food. It was to capture the atmosphere, the anticipation, and those small moments that make the experience unforgettable.
