Aamna Isani and Hassan Choudary weigh in on whether Zaryab’s self-loathing in Dar-e-Nijaat has been taken too far. Aamna finds it excessive and drawn out, and doesn’t see Zaryab’s redemption arc as believable given the family she was raised in.

Hassan, on the other hand, understands why Zaryab reacts this way, as the realisation only hit her after Zamil left, even though both of them were equally at fault.

They both agree that the self-loathing, which has dragged on for some time now, could have been handled better.

"Man fukkk all you hos..." 🎵🎵🎵

Dear Diary,
I have now completed my first solo show/shows!!💙 I really did it. I am so proud, happy & tired :)
I sang my full project apart from what am I doing it for. And ngl- I really felt a difference. I don't know how Rachel stands up there for 2 and a half hours, sometimes 3. I guess one day i'll get there... slowly ... 😅.
It was so special having everyone who came to see me. I saw so many smiles, so many incredible outfit, I was given some really lovely gifts 😭 I can't wait to really go through it all & read through letters the that were written💙, they always make me smile.

I'm so grateful to all the people that helped me make this happen. And all the producers, writers, engineers, creative team, logistics team!!! Everyone who helped me create my project middle child. Thank you. Even though it was a rollercoaster of emotions, it was worth every second of it. 🥹✨

I'm now getting ready to travel tmrw morning & then go straight on tour with Skye Newman after my work travels.
It will be fun!
Ok, speak soon.
Love lauren amma xoxo
