🧦❤️ IT’S OFFICIAL! JO FITNESS GRIP SOCKS ARE HERE!

You asked, and we listened!
If you’ve been following my workouts, you know I almost always wear toeless grip socks. They’re probably the number one thing I get asked about!

Why do I love them so much?
Our toes are naturally designed to spread and move freely! That freedom of movement plays an important role in balance, mobility, posture and body awareness.
I love the feeling of being barefoot when I exercise, especially when working on balance. Tucketts’ patented toeless design lets my toes move naturally while the non-slip grips provide extra traction, comfort and stability on my floor.
The benefits of barefoot movement, with a little extra grip!

Over the last year, thousands of you have purchased grip socks after seeing me wear them.
And now I’m SO excited to introduce our very own limited-edition JO Fitness toeless grip socks! ❤️

A long wait for this post (sorry I was going to post on Monday, but have been under the weather 🤧)…

However, it has also been a really long wait to show off this dress - which was going to get its first outing at LFF back in August (and we all remember how that went 🙄 - BTW he’s doing well).

So 3 months late - introducing the dress…

A little back story: I bought this dress, last year in black, and have even taken it to a WowGals shoot previously, but didn’t end up using it. I only revisited it when I was scratching around to try and find something I could wear without breast forms in the heat of August - I was suddenly blown away by it - the only thing was the colour… amazingly it was still available (SHEIN!) and in this gorgeous green. So the rest is history!

It’s still currently a hot favourite to be my December LFF dress, so view this as a preview.

As usual all kudos to @wow.gals.official and @pattibaston for her amazing skills!

A little reminder that soup can be the most exciting thing on the dinner table. Say “recipe” and I'll send it to you.

Especially when it's creamy pumpkin soup with fresh herbs, served in mini pumpkins and topped with golden puff pastry.
