Day 3: Affidavits and Notice of Preliminary Objection

Day 3 of the virtual program was a blast! The tutor, Chisom Harrison Igwenyere, Esq. gave a brief recap on the practical steps involved in drafting a writ of summons and a statement of claim. Using practical examples and facts, he also taught the participants the rules governing affidavits and how to draft both an affidavit and a notice of preliminary objection. The session was highly interactive!
