slowly processing what happened over the last month - but we wrapped a feature film.
a story about fatherhood. about dreams and anxiety of the unknown. a story set against the sea full of life.
water in every form. waves, drops and ice - excitement, sadness and pressure. @brucetetsuya I‘ll never forget your pressence standing beside me and the camera. your feelings communicated with me in ways words never could.
thank you to this crew. for opening up, your trust and for sharing your emotions and experiences which now exist in the frames we created together.
it feels like there is a thin thread, connecting our bodys, the ground beneath as and the nature of this world. somehow, this thread helps us, find our people, even if they live on the other side of the world.
Eiji Okuda, I will never forget your words. the weight will carry me for the next days, months and years to come.
