One more item to hang. Then home to do a final master of the Re:Cognition album. Tomorrow at 16:00, it all comes together.

I love love love the geometric designs on top of the "organic" graffiti. Everyone who buys one of your pieces should spray-paint their wall where they wanna hang it 🫟🖌️🖍️

Two men who targeted South Asian families’ homes in Ruislip, Harrow and Barnet have been jailed at Isleworth Crown Court, the Met announced on Tuesday 3 November. Detectives say they believed the homes would hold high-value jewellery. A £7,000 Rolex, gold earrings worth £1,500 and an antique gold and diamond ring worth £1,200 were among the items taken.

They covered their faces inside, but CCTV, forensics, phone data and Oyster card records placed them at every burglary. One even topped up his Oyster at Ruislip station with his own debit card. Oresti Saliaj, 40, of Wembley Park, was jailed for three years and six months, and Clirim Ferizi, 26, of Harrow, for two years.

In a separate case, Hetaj Dionis, 35, and Arben Cuka, 31, of Ealing, were jailed for five years between them after a run of burglaries targeting South Asian households in Hayes over eight days. Police found one of them on a roof in Ealing with a crowbar.

Why Does the President’s Party Lose? | US Midterms

Why does the president’s party lose House seats in almost every midterm? Red or blue, the pattern runs back to the Civil War.

Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton both won the White House, and both watched their party lose seats in the House two years later. Since the Civil War that was 37 of 41 midterm elections, and 18 of 20 since World War Two. The 2026 midterms made it 38 of 42. Most people call it buyer’s remorse. This Short goes through the seat record, the four exceptions, who stays home, and the close races, then what the founders built into two-year terms. Stay for the last line.

What do you think about the president’s party losing almost every midterm? Let us know in the comments.
