ചുരുങ്ങിയത് ഒരു രണ്ടാഴ്ച്ച സമയം മാത്രം ആയിട്ടുണ്ടാവുള്ളു അവർ ഖത്തറിലേക്ക് പോയിട്ട്, പക്ഷെ മാസങ്ങളായ പോലെയുള്ളൊരു ഫീലാണ്.. ഓരോ കോർണറിലും ഓർമപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന എന്തെങ്കിലും ഒരു എലമെന്റുണ്ട് .. ഇടക്ക് റൂമിലേക്ക് കയറാൻ തന്നെ മടി തോന്നും.. എത്ര പെട്ടെന്നാണ് ജീവിതം അടിമുടിയങ്ങ് മാറിയതെന്ന് ഇടക്കിങ്ങനെ ആലോചിക്കും.. ഒരു അക്ഷരം പോലും മിണ്ടാനുള്ള പ്രായമായിട്ടില്ലേലും അവനെയും കൊണ്ടുനടന്ന ഓരോ കോണിൽ നിന്നും അവനെന്തൊക്കെയോ പറയുന്ന പോലെ തോന്നും.. ഇടക്ക് റൂമിൽ നിന്ന് അവളുറക്കെ വിളിച്ചോ എന്ന് തോന്നും.. ഉറക്കത്തിൽ നിന്നെഴുന്നേറ്റ ഉടനെ അറിയാതെ തൊട്ടപ്പുറത്തവളുണ്ടോന്ന് പരതിനോക്കിപ്പോവും.. ചായയുണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ എത്ര ശ്രമിച്ചാലും അറിയാതെ രണ്ടുപേർക്കുളള പാലൊഴിച്ച് പോവും.. എന്തിന് ഇടക്ക് ഗ്ലാസ് വരെ എടുത്ത് വെച്ചുപോവും.. പിന്നെയാകെ ഉള്ളൊരു സമാധാനം ഒട്ടുമിക്ക ദിവസവും പത്ത് പതിനേഴ് പണിക്കൂറ് പണിയിലാവുമല്ലോ എന്നതാണ്.. ഞാനെന്ന വ്യക്തി വല്ലാണ്ടങ്ങ് നിങ്ങളിലേക്ക് അലിഞ്ഞു ചേർന്നിട്ടുണ്ട് ... എന്തിന് എന്റെ മണവും നിറവുമൊക്കെ നിങ്ങളായി മാറിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.. ഈ തോന്നലുകളൊക്കെ തന്നെയാവും ഓരോ പ്രവാസി സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെയും അവിടെ പിടിച്ച് നിർത്തുന്നത്.. ‘തോന്നലു’കൾക്ക് താങ്ങാവാൻ ദൂരം ഒരു പ്രശ്നമല്ലല്ലോ 🙌🏽 (@nusra_shakkir മകളെ മടങ്ങി വരു )
