You asked & here it is! My glutes 🍑 routine!

Haters will always say that it’s either surgery or when it’s a photo that it’s photoshop. The truth is that I was blessed with the body shape genetics, but I always, always, always had a rigorous workout routine. Like I’ve been dancing ballet and all kinds of dance, and horseback riding, almost every day since I was a child. And I became a gym girlie in my teenage years and that never stopped.

Now my schedule is: ballet, Pilates, reformer Pilates approximately 2-3 days per week plus gym around 3-5 days per week. There are some exercises that I do regularly that are not shown in this reel, but that will come in part 2 I guess!

Every time I do a video like this the comments ask how many I do of each exercise. I switch it up always! The key is to surprise your body so it doesn’t do things automatically. Sometimes I count, sometimes I just do each exercise for a minute or two before I change. The idea is to not stop when it hurts, but instead go on a bit longer. We want the shaky legs 🤭

Oh and the last 2 exercises were Fede’s idea. Those are the only two exercises that you kind of need a gym for. The rest is perfect to do at home as well.

On each leg I use ankle weight 2-4 kg. I walk on incline 8-15. And the ball is 5kg. And remember girls that if you want to grow glutes you need to EAT!

The workout set is: @haute.store and the quality is just as great as it looks.

✨3 phases of weight loss:

1) 12-15# down with 7 months of “doing all the right things” (late March - late Oct 2025).

2) 12-15# with a GLP1 (late Oct 2025 - early Jan 2026) and lost basically only muscle... 👀

3) 36# DOWN without a GLP-1 ... Plus the GLOW UP of my life + total body recomposition with muscle and strength. (Jan - July 2026)

✨FRIENDS.... Read these stories (shared from my insta page)....

... this is the only “before and after” I’ve posted because honestly the “before” makes me INCREDIBLY emotional.

It was such a dark, hard season of my life. 😭

... Not only was I incredibly overweight...
... I was struggling SO HARD with mental health stuff...
... marriage stuff
... chronic-sick-kid stuff
... not sleeping through the night hardly ever...
... insulin resistance
... lost my identity entirely

🔥AND IN THIS before PIC I was working out EVERYDAY, cold plunging, taking $1000 worth of supplements a month...

The toll this level of stress takes on your body as a woman is W-I-L-D.

Tonight I’m sharing THE WHOLE STORY.... including stuff I haven’t ever shared publicly. Like “all the life updates”....

If you’d like an invite, comment STORY below and we’ll get you the link!

Can’t wait to see you there.

XO,
J 💙

Som Lykoinflutester har jag fått chansen att testa L'Oréals Telescopic Mascara i svart här kommer en video där jag använder den. När jag var yngre var det Telescopic en favorit mascara och den är fortfarande lika bra 🫶👍

If we nuke Iran…..Ham Radio in the U.S. would only be affected for less than a Hour with VHF/ UHF seeing no interference. With most effects being 40m and above. On a positive note. We made it to Taco Tuesday!

This is my vision for California.

Sacramento politicians have had sixteen years to fix the problems they've created. They have FAILED.

You have less than two hours. Get out and VOTE. This is our chance to take back California!

Rapper Pusha T has no problem with rappers going at each other on records, but he believes there’s a line that should never be crossed when competition turns personal.

During a new interview with The Wall Street Journal, published November 2, the Virginia rapper shared his thoughts on the state of rap beefs in 2026, making it clear that disagreements are part of hip-hop.

“I don’t see a world in which artists are just going to get along at all times. This is a very competitive sport,” Pusha says.

However, the Clipse member believes artists need to recognize when a rivalry has gone beyond music.

“I’m sure that things have gotten out of hand, but they never need to go that far. As long as it’s music, it’s fine. Anything outside of that realm, it’s overboard.”

His comments carry weight considering his own history with rap beefs.

Pusha famously clashed with Drake for years, with their rivalry reaching a boiling point in 2018 when he released “The Story of Adidon.” The diss track exposed Drake’s previously unacknowledged son and became one of hip-hop’s most talked-about records.

The rapper has also exchanged lyrical shots with other artists throughout his career, building a reputation for not backing down from confrontation.

His latest comments come as rap rivalries continue to generate headlines, online arguments, and conversations about how far artists should take their disagreements.

For Pusha, competition isn’t the problem. It’s what happens when the battle leaves the booth.

Do you think two beefs get out of hand?
