Not all important work happens where everyone can see it.

Sometimes the biggest contribution is precision, attention, speed, calm, and responsibility in the moments when everything depends on the team.

So much of healthcare relies on people who are rarely the first ones mentioned. Yet their work often makes the outcome everyone sees possible.

This series is about giving those professionals more space, more recognition, and more of a voice — not just within the team, but publicly.

Who do you think we’ll be talking about in the next episode?

Please highlight sterile processing at some point. Most people have no idea how critical their work is.

As a surgeon, I couldn’t agree more. Our outcomes depend on an entire team doing their jobs exceptionally well.

This is so true. Healthcare is never a one-person job.
