5Rhythms is a powerful movement meditation and one of the roots of many contemporary conscious dance practices. Through free movement, music, and somatic awareness, movement becomes medicine, meditation, and metaphor. Every session includes a gentle somatic introduction and integration.
5Rhythms Dance w/ Oliver invites you to discover deep physical presence through passionate dancing and powerful music. Be guided into a deeper relationship with your body, your emotions, and your life, creating moments where the mind naturally becomes still through movement.

Since 2014, Oliver has been an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan.
His work is enriched by decades of practice in Gurdjieff's sacred movements, meditation, and yoga (certified teacher with Richard Freeman). Oliver also integrates Somatic Experiencing, awareness practices, live music, chanting, community building, and transformative group experiences. Based in Berlin, he offers workshops and retreats throughout Europe and the USA.
All of Oliver's classes and workshop hours count toward the prerequisites for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
