Thank you so much Mr & Mrs @kerryholden83 for inviting me down for a great weekend! ❤️

Thanks for allowing Teddy to play a part in your special day! We both had a lovely time 😀

Here's to the next 30 years of ❤️

Love you both 💗

Life moves fast. One minute, November’s wrapping up, and the next, you’re making New Year’s resolutions.

But what if we stopped putting all the pressure on January 1st and started making small, meaningful changes right now?⁣
⁣
Look, I get it. We’ve all got a million and one things going on. Maybe you’re stuck in a job that leaves you feeling depleted, you’re trying to make a certain relationship work, or you’re putting off something you’ve wanted to do for years because life keeps getting in the way.

On top of that, your phone never stops buzzing, there are always more emails to get back to, and somehow you’ve always got just one more episode to go on Netflix.

All those little distractions add up. It might seem like just 30 minutes scrolling on your phone, but it’s not only the time you lose, it’s how often your attention gets pulled away, how much energy it takes to keep switching between things, and how you can reach the end of the day wondering where all your time went.

Starting today, try something different. It can be as simple as putting your phone in another room while you work on that project you’ve been putting off, having that slightly uncomfortable but necessary conversation instead of letting it simmer, or just taking 10 minutes in the morning to sit with your coffee and actually taste it, rather than immediately diving into emails.⁣

This is about small, intentional choices that compound over time. Because if you think about it, two months is actually a pretty decent chunk of time when you use it well.

The best time to start anything isn’t January 1st, but right now, exactly where you are, with what you have.⁣ That way, there’s no pressure to transform your entire life overnight. Just one small choice at a time, one day at a time, toward the kind of life that feels more like you.⁣
