Having a front-row seat to watch one of your best friends get married is truly such an honor. The older & busier we get, the more I cherish these weekends spent celebrating with friends from all over and getting to make memories together. What an incredible weekend! Cheers to the Munsons! 🥂🤍

CONGRATS ROY COOPER!

These past weeks I have this feeling that the ‘the end is near’ ghost has grown in strength in people’s mind.

I feel the fear growing.
In myself too although it is mostly surrounded by a deep calmness.
There is a part of me that wants to start having some food set aside for tough times or wondering what can be done to be prepared but it’s always the same thing: be prepared for what exactly? What will happen? Where will it give first? We can’t know that! There are so many variables! The ship is sinking from all sides!

So what I actually do to prepare is this:

- I take care of myself. The best way to be ready for whatever comes is to be as healthy and grounded as possible. Fear will eat your body from within, don’t let it settle, acknowledge it, listen to it but don’t let it take the mic and take the wheel, it’s a drunken driver.

- I meditate. We live in an attention economy which means that the most precious resource you have is your attention. Spoiler alert it is your most precious resource even outside of an attention economy, this is what most spirituality points at. Other people feed on it each time you take your phone or give your attention away. Reclaim it.
Don’t let the internet grow seeds in your brain, reclaim your sovereignty, a lot of hateful stories are being broadly fed to us right now. Take some distance, listen to all sides, there is truth in any narrative but it doesn’t mean the narrative is the truth.
Meditation has so many more benefits but I can’t write a book here.

- I enjoy my life and feel gratitude for the little things so I don’t take them for granted. They might disappear, it will be mostly okay.

- I embrace change: the seasons, my cycle, astrology (I know! I must be stupid! Spoiler alert: I’m not), whatever makes me aware of the subtle movements that never end. Everything is already changing everyday. Make peace with it.

- I find ground I can feel and rest upon. By that I mean spiritual ground, you don’t need to be spiritual. Your family values can be your ground. Your ground is something that gives you meaning and peace. My current ground is that I have chosen to incarnate now and I’m here for it.

بعد قبول طعن النيابة.. محكمة الاستئناف تلغي براءة الشيخ الحايكي وتُعيد حكم السجن "المؤبد" بحقه

في تراجع قضائي يؤكد استمرار تسييس الأحكام والتلاعب بقرارات الإفراج، ألغت محكمة الاستئناف، اليوم الثلاثاء 3 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2026، حكم البراءة الذي أصدرته سابقاً بحق سماحة الشيخ أحمد عيسى الحايكي، وقررت إعادة تثبيت حكم السجن "المؤبد" الصادر بحقه، وذلك إثر قبولها الطعن المقدم من النيابة العامة.

وعلى إثر هذا القرار القضائي الجديد، تقرر نقل الشيخ الحايكي إلى سجن "جو" المركزي المخصص للمحكومين، ليقبع مجدداً تحت وطأة عقوبة المؤبد في القضية ذات الدوافع السياسية التي عُرفت باتهامات "التخابر مع الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية".

وتأتي هذه الانتكاسة القضائية لتكشف فصول مسرحية الاحتجاز الممنهج؛ فبالرغم من صدور حكم البراءة السابق الذي كان يوجب الإفراج الفوري عنه، امتنعت إدارة التحقيقات والأجهزة الأمنية حينها عن تنفيذ القرار، وتعمدت إبقاءه رهن الاحتجاز التعسفي في سجن "الحوض الجاف"، في التفافٍ واضح على القانون لكسب الوقت ريثما تتقدم النيابة بطعنها وتستصدر حكماً جديداً يعيده لزنازين المحكومين.

وكانت المحكمة الكبرى الجنائية قد أصدرت في وقت سابق من هذه القضية أحكاماً قاسية طالت خمسة مواطنين، بينهم الشيخ الحايكي وامرأة، وتراوحت بين السجن المؤبد وأحكام أخرى، وذلك ضمن موجة استهداف أمني طالت عددا كبير من المواطنين منذ اندلاع الحرب الظالمة التي شنتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية مع الكيان الصهيوني ضد الجمهورية الاسلامية في ايران، مما يُسلط الضوء على استمرار استخدام المنظومة القضائية كأداة للانتقام السياسي ومصادرة الحريات.
