I’m so delighted to be joined this month by two beautiful international guest guides as we journey through 260 Days: A Practice for Peace. 🌿🕊️
💫 Guest Guides in September 💫
🗓️ MONDAY, September 14th
WEDNESDAY, September 16th : Rebecca Morton
Actor, singer and breathwork practitioner (BA, MFA & Dip AB), Rebecca brings 30 years of experience to her work. She uses breath and singing as medicine, bringing her unique holistic approach to individuals, workshops and theatre performances around the world.
🗓️ TUESDAY, September 15th : Niamh Daly
Niamh Daly is an Irish yoga teacher, educator and author who has been teaching yoga since 2004.
Her work brings together yoga, somatics, functional movement and our evolving understanding of the brain and nervous system.
Through years of specialising in menopause, osteoporosis and supporting more robust and comfortable ageing, Niamh’s research has led her to recognise just how deeply our neurological systems are woven into our moment-to-moment experience of comfort and stability — and into our capacity for resilience, strength, independence and cognitive health.
Her approach invites us away from an idea of how a practice should look and towards curiosity about what is actually happening within us — listening to the body, noticing, exploring and responding to what is present.
Niamh is the author of Yoga for Menopause and Beyond and her second book, Brain-Body Yoga will be published in 2027! She has trained hundreds of yoga teachers around the world. Her teaching is evidence-informed and innovative while remaining respectful and inclusive of the traditions of yoga.
🌿 260 Days — A Practice for Peace
We meet LIVE on Instagram, Monday–Friday, for 30 minutes — wherever you are in the world.
🌎 International guest guides will join us throughout the year.
If this inspires you in any way to begin your own Practice for Peace, that would be wonderful. 🙏
