Not everyone carries their struggles on their faces like badges.

Some hide it behind smiles.

Some hide it behind make-up.

Some keep showing up, going to work, having conversations and doing life as though everything is fine.

People are going through a lot.

So before you judge someone...

Before you make assumptions about their attitude.

Before you speak harshly to them because you don't know what you think they should know or do...

Remember that they are human too.

They have blood running through their veins, feelings, fears, struggles and things they may never tell you about.

You really don't know what someone is carrying.

So speak nicely.

Be kind.

You don't have to know someone's story before you treat them with kindness.

A little kindness may mean more than you realise.
