On Sunday, September 20, we invite you to join us for a special Lu Jong session inspired by the Autumn Equinox.

The Autumn Equinox (September 23rd) marks a moment of balance. Day and night are almost equal in length, while nature slowly begins its transition into autumn. A time of change, letting go and turning inward.

During this morning, we take the time to pause and honour this transition, connecting with the rhythm of nature and with ourselves.
