пока говорила поздравление, расплакалась от того, как сильно он погружён в мою жизнь, как переживает за меня и поддерживает во всём, что я делаю и чем живу💔

When “IN-N-OUT” ISN’T ALWAYS AN OPTION. 🚗🔫”
Real-world threats don’t come with a warning. Sometimes you’re trapped, driving away isn’t an option, and you have seconds to react.
Training with @alpha_female_tactical at the @cakes.concealed Retreat reminded me why situational awareness, decision-making, and consistent training matter.
Pretty girls train for real-world situations, too. 💅🏼 #concealedcarrylife #concealedcarryunited #concealedcarry #concealedcarrywoman #explorepage✨

let me introduce to you: The Little Earl Grey. a holiday mocktail with a wild blueberry-thyme earl grey simple syrup, muddled blackberries and grapefruit soda ✨

wild blueberry-thyme earl grey simple syrup:

1. add 4 single serve earl grey tea bags to a saucepan with 2 cups boiling water.
2. turn off the heat and let steep 5 minutes. do not go past that time or it can taste bitter.
3. remove the tea bags to add 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries, 2 sprigs fresh thyme, and 1 cup granulated sugar.
4. turn the heat back on to medium high. bring to a boil then reduce heat to LOW to simmer for 20-25 minutes, until reduced and slightly thickened.
5. let cool to room temp then strain and store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

other ingredients you’ll need:
- simple syrup (above)
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- grapefruit soda
- fresh blackberries (muddled)

to make the mocktail:
1. muddle 2 to 3 fresh blackberries in a glass.
2. add a few tablespoons of the simple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it!) then a squeeze of lemon juice (about 2 teaspoons) then top off with grapefruit soda.
3. give a little stir before serving.
4. we had fun garnishing with a dried blood orange and carrot green top!

Man United vs Roma Match Reaction! 🥳

And to be clear, when I say BYSTANDERS, I'm not talking about the people in this movement who are already doing the work, sharing campaigns and amplifying family appeals. This is not directed at you.

I'm talking about everyone else watching from the sidelines. The thousands of views, the likes, the people who keep watching and scrolling without doing a single thing.

Ibrahim's appeals are reaching people. Where are the donations? Where is the action?

Watching is not solidarity. Stop being a bystander. @ibrahim_and_mary_
