Gotta love it when an almost-empty fridge doesn’t have to mean a sad dinner (or takeout!) 😎
This creamy tomato chickpea curry has become such a favourite in our house (our daughter also approves!), and most of what you need to make it is probably already sitting in your cupboard 😉
