Reserve 1 cup pasta water. Melt butter, whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes. Slowly add evaporated milk, cream, milk and seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened. Reduce heat to low and melt in 16 oz of the shredded cheese. Reserve the other 16 oz for layering. Fold in pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to keep it extra creamy. Your kids will spend hundreds of hours this year in school, but how many hours will they spend learning how to invest, create cash flow, build wealth, negotiate deals, or make money? Financial education isn’t a core part of most school curriculums. That’s why you have to expose your kids to conversations that can change their future. Success leaves clues. Let them hear from people who are actually building businesses, buying real estate, and creating wealth. The earlier they start thinking differently, the bigger their advantage. Comment FREE to claim free access to my real estate training Zoom call, and have your kids join with you. Their financial future is worth it.
Wholesome trip tbh

Democrat Keisha Lance Bottoms won the Georgia governor’s race, the Associated Press said. Bottoms focused on rising costs in her campaign. She promised that she would stand up to President Trump and work to expand Medicaid in Georgia. Bottoms is the first Democrat to be elected governor in Georgia in almost three decades. Greg Abbott in the Texas governor’s race, according to the Associated Press, a stunning turn in the typically red state. He didn’t focus on the potential milestone during his campaign, instead emphasizing issues such as inflation and health care.
