With the Equinox approaching, we have a moment to look at the world we are creating around ourselves and decide what still belongs there.

What still feels alive?
What still feels beautiful?
What still feels worthy of being carried forward?

Next week, the scales balance and the door to the darker half of the year is opening.

I’m taking that as an invitation to decide what comes through with me.

Why is this important?

Because carrying what has already completed its season has a cost. When we cling to what is dead, it drains the energy that could be feeding what still has life in it.

So much of becoming who we are is noticing what still belongs in the world we are creating around ourselves and what doesn’t.

Take this time to choose wisely. 🦉
