2 months ago“like a clean, crisp cotton morning” really caught me. I love how the poem lets coldness and tenderness exist side by side, with the landscape carrying so much of the emotional weight. The movement from ice toward warmth feels quietly hopeful without becoming easy. Such a thoughtful, beautifully layered piece.in Awe ❤️
2 months agoThis poem is doing something so interesting to my brain. Mixing feeling with season...I don't know how you did it but it evokes a very cool layered reaction. Wow.
2 months agoThere’s some really striking imagery in here, Stephanie. “Sky covered in sunrise frosting” ?? I want to eat a cupcake made of morning! And then just everything about “a slow and steady rise into the hush of global temperatures. A gold rush of colors” is so vivid and tangible to me. Love this!!
