A big congratulations to my Seller! We actually closed a week or so ago but I’ve been in the midst of a very LONGGGGG negotiation. My client found me online. I gave them a free consultation on how they could proceed without me and a few weeks later they hired me. It never hurts to share your resources yall. Gatekeeping only blocks your blessings. I came to the cottage this weekend with one goal Mod my UTD-8000 in time for #autumnwatchweek My watch-modding résumé is pretty short: one bezel swap on a Seiko SKX013 and a DIY dive watch build. If that counts 🙄 But swapping the new RZE-8080 module into my UTD-8000-CKG? Literally ten minutes. So simple a monkey could do it. And, apparently, one did 🐒 The upgrade brings dual time, multiple alarms, a countdown timer and a new FSTN display. I was already a big fan of this watch. Now it feels supercharged. There’s something satisfying about giving a watch you already love a few more reasons to stay on your wrist. Credit to @rzewatches for bringing existing owners along for the ride.
