This was NOT the result of a single prep.
What you see here is the accumulation of thousands of hours dedicated to a goal.
The results of pursuing something that requires a mindset and environment that allows you to live your life as an athlete.
The realization of a man's work made possible with the support of an incredible wife @change_em9, family & friends π§‘
I'm so proud to have Dan's trust in playing my role within this team. And even prouder to see my friend achieve that goal that we set out to capture.
The job's only partly done.
