Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000/month

TheRem Consults is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG/manufacturing company for an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation to join its Power Plant & Utilities team.

Requirements
B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Strong experience in electrical/electronics maintenance, utilities and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead preventive maintenance and breakdown support to maximise equipment uptime.
Analyse power consumption and downtime to reduce operational losses.
Supervise the electrical/electronics maintenance team and plant workforce.
Manage spare parts, materials, inventory and procurement follow-up.
Coordinate plant operations to support production targets.
Ensure effective coordination with other departments.
Support ISO/EMS implementation and continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
