He who wears the CAP should learn to ‘remove it’ sometimes and allow others have a feel of it.

Basically, as a founder or vision driver learn to DELEGATE. as early as possible.

It’ll pay you off in the long-run.

The longer this takes (for you to delegate) the harder it’ll be to scale exponentially.

You don’t need to wait till you have the means to delegate before you do. As a matter of fact, it starts with you accepting that this needs to be done.

For you see, the reason a good number don’t delegate isn’t because they don’t have people who can step up. It’s mostly rooted in FEAR and, sometimes, GREED.

Fear, because we don’t trust people can do it well. Fear that they might ‘overtake’ us.
Greed, yes, when we want to work and reap all the benefits. Consequently, you’d prefer to have mediocre folks around you; who can’t query or push.

At the end of the day, when the pressure compounds we find us muddling up processes. Worse still, we put our health at risk.

So, dear founder, “let your hair breathe.”😊
