Very few on Merseyside will take on this sort of in depth work. Servicing and General Maintenance is one thing, but a Front Drive Motor on this Audi E-Tron is another.
In this instance, the customer came to us complaining of a Rotational Noise. As some of you know, the Bearings inside this Motor are known to fail, and our Head Tech Fran confirmed that these Bearings within this Motor were to blame.
Very few in the region will take on this sort of Repair. However with 2 Level 4 EV Technicians in our ranks, a @hevra.uk Accreditation, and the latest EV PPE and Tooling, we have the capabilities to take this on and get it back on the road.
