POV: you’re an artist. 🎥
You don’t just see things.
You notice them.
The light. The people. The little moments.
And somehow, you always want to turn them into something.
Maybe that’s the best part of being an artist.

Pro-Kannada activists have stepped up their campaign for local employment by visiting IT companies and tech parks across Bengaluru, demanding greater job opportunities for Kannadigas. The Karnataka Rakshana Vedike has submitted memorandums seeking details of local hiring and recruitment practices. The visits come despite Deputy CM DK Shivakumar's appeal to organisations to avoid approaching companies directly and resolve the issue through dialogue.

#collab Why would a semiconductor CEO invest money in an Indian motorcycle company?

To understand this, look at the IPs and the cap table of @ultraviolette_automotive

The company has built a motorcycle called X47 Venom, which is manufactured in India... and has innovated on a number of things, which did not exist for EV motorcycles as a category earlier...

For example:
* Over 40 battery patents
* Can go up to 343 kms in a single charge, which means an average person would need to charge it just half the times in a week compared to any other EV motorcycle
* It has Radar, in built dashcam, pyrofuse which are features you get in premium cars
* And making it 20 kgs lighter despite all these features

And the cap table...

1/ Exor, the holding company behind Ferrari, that brings automotive expertise...
2/ Qualcomm that brings chips
3/ TDK from Japan that brings batteries
4/ TVS that brings manufacturing muscle
5/ Zoho that brings patient capital

So while we see that FIIs or capital investors are exiting India which has led to the poor performance of India’s listed markets...

Right now, Gross FDI into India has hit a new record of about $95 billion in FY26...

Net FDI inflows rose to $7.7 billion in FY26 from $1 billion in FY25...

which means the money currently flowing into India is to build actual innovation on ground...

Even with Ultraviolette’s round, almost 800 crores will go into building a factory, which will manufacture up to 5 lakh vehicles in a year... and they’re already selling in 20 countries...

I think India is making progress in several industries other than AI, where the results will show when we look at the performance in 5 years.

40,000 OF YOU!!! 😭🎂🖤

I don’t even know where to begin!!

10 months ago, I started this account with ZERO followers, a big goal (that seemed rather crazy at the time), and absolutely no idea how much my life was about to change.

I was 39, raising two little girls, working a career I’d been in for 15 years, and wondering if I could actually build something of my own.

And here we are. 🥹

40 years old. 40,000 followers. And I somehow turned something I started in the middle of motherhood into my full-time career.

But can I tell you what has meant the MOST to me?!

The women I’ve met along the way. The friendships, the conversations, the messages from women who decided to go after something because they watched me do it first.

THAT is the part I never saw coming. 🥹

To every single one of you who has followed along, left a comment, shared a reel, sent me a message, or cheered me on along the way, THANK YOU!!!

I hope this is your reminder that you’re not too old, too busy, or too late to start something new.

And for those of you who have been asking how I grew this account from zero, I put everything I learned into The Momentum Method! Just comment METHOD and I’ll send it your way. 🖤

And if you’re new here, HIIII!! I’m so happy you’re here!!

Here’s to 40K and everything that’s still ahead 🙌🏼

Pull up a chair. You belong here.
