“The crispier, the better!” 🍞

With the idea of creating a new jazz standard, Suwon had this one goal in mind: to make the crispiest toast in the world. ‘Crispy Toast’ brings together musicians from different parts of the world, including saxophonist Soojung Lee and Snarky Puppy drummer Larnell Lewis. The project first began in 2021, with most of the album recorded remotely across different locations.

Playful, energetic and in the style of modern jazz, the album asks one simple question: "Who made the crispiest toast?"
