That's why we as consumers shouldn't be brand loyal but stay flexible to pivot to the up and comers who are working hard to earn our support. Gotta stay ahead of the game. Once the spot blows up and changes, we gotta change too. They do it bc ppl complain but keep buying the crappier products so it justifies the changes
