I teach sensuality through movement…which in its purest form, is simply activating and connecting to the senses. Sensuality connects you to the world around you…it connects you to the life within you.

Sensuality is something you activate for you and only you…it doesn’t need an audience. It is empowering, grounding, and invigorating.✨
