Are humans designed to eat meat? NO. It's not compatible with our Frugivore physiology. Here's 2 reasons why: πŸ”Ή #1: Zero Carbs = Zero Real Fuel Our bodies run on carbs and glucose. Meat has literally 0 carbs. So where’s the energy supposed to come from? πŸ”Ή #2: No Fiber = No Gut Health Your gut microbiome feeds on fiber β€” and guess how much is in meat? None. No fiber = poor digestion, sluggish gut, and yep… dry, hard torpedoes πŸ’© πŸ”₯ Humans are biologically built for a fruit-based, fiber-rich lifestyle. Meat just doesn’t fit. βΈ» πŸ‰ That’s why I created my VIP Community + Frugivore Diet Course β€” to help you fuel your body the way nature intended. All backed with the latest science. If you’re ready to feel energized, improve digestion, and thrive on a vibrant, fruit-powered lifestyle β€” this is your sign. πŸ‘‡ Comment β€œCOURSE” below and I’ll message you the details, OR πŸ”— Click the link in my bio to join us today. #rawtill4 #veganfacts #fruitbaseddiet
