Comment “walk” to join NO SIT NOVEMBER and “workouts” for your 3 day split! I GOT YOU COVERED!!! And please remember you don’t need to start running to “get serious” about fat loss! Walking is often easier to fit into your day and recover from, especially when you’re already lifting and eating in a calorie deficit. (Which you should be prioritizing!!) BUT REMEMBER if your goal includes getting stronger and building muscle, your step count doesn’t replace strength training!!! You also don’t have to start EVERYTHING tomorrow. Here’s one way to build:
Month 1: Gradually increase your steps toward a manageable goal.
Month 2: Keep walking + add two 30-minute full-body workouts.
Month 3: Add a third workout if your schedule and recovery allow.
Month 4: Start tracking protein to see how much you’re actually eating. You can include protein from day one btw!!! But if tracking overwhelms you you dont have to necessarily put it IN APP until month 4! Start with a 10-minute walk after lunch. Put it in your calendar. Repeat it until it becomes part of your day, then build from there. Comment WALK to join my No Sit November walking challenge!!!! I’ll send you the details + printable PDF, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced options so you can start where you are. @thatgirlwhowalks you go girl!!! LETS GOOOO!!!! #stepchallenge #walkchallenge #walkingchallenge #novemberchallenge #juliexfitcoaching
"The results are still rolling in on the 2026 midterm elections. But the overall contours of what just happened are already obvious: A historic Democratic victory, and a historic setback for what is now the lame-duck presidency of Donald Trump," writes CNN's Aaron Blake. | Analysis Head to the link in bio for a look at all the big winners and losers of the 2026 midterm elections. 📸: Win McNamee/Getty Images; Brynn Anderson/AP; Audra Melton for CNN; Brandon Bell/Getty Images/File; Joel Angel Juarez/Getty Images; Win McNamee/Getty Images; Joe Lamberti/Getty Images; Kevin Dietsch/Getty Images; Michael M.
