To avenge the fallen, he vows to destroy the Hunter Guild. One kill at a time, he’s working his way to the very top. To the leader of the guild and his family.

Eva would be an easy kill, but he can’t bring himself to do it. She barely counts as a hunter. The one time he saw her fight, she cried the whole time. And then there’s her scent. The blood of hunters is poison to his kind. They smell of rot and death. But not her.

She smells like temptation.

As the two work together to bring down the vampires responsible for breaking four centuries of peace, all of Faidon’s principles will be tested.

He lusts after her body. He covets her blood. But will that save her when he learns that she’s part of the bloodline he vowed to end?
