One of the most underrated public speaking skills? Being relaxed. We often think that commanding attention means projecting more energy, speaking louder, or being more intense. But some of the most respected speakers make it look almost effortless. The good news? Being relaxed is something you can learn and develop with the right approach.
It’s sauna today and also I have become someone today: an aunt! I’ve been an aunt before but not a biological one, my brother married a woman who already had a daughter and she’s been in the family for a very long time now but this time one of my other brothers just got a son! It’s exciting! Unfortunately I can’t see them cause they’re in France but I’ll meet him for Christmas. Some of my friends are also getting pregnant, and maybe it will my turn?
