Hello all of you trombone fans and welcome back to another edition of BONEDAY FRIDAY!!!
For our fifth Boneday Friday of the 2026-27 season, we have one of our R.A.T.S: Blake Talbot!!!!
Blake is originally from Athens Alabama!!! (*phew* I heard Athens and got worried…🐶) He attended Ardmore High School!!! Go Tigers 🐅
Blake is majoring in Industrial Engineering!!! (Factories and such 🏭🏗️)
Blake’s fun fact is that he can speak Spanish!!! (¿Dónde esta la biblioteca?)
We asked Blake what his favorite part of band is, and he gave us this great answer: “Pregame (I lowkey like jog)” Who doesn’t like jog Blake???? 🏃🏃🏃
Blake’s favorite stand tune is one of our traditional favorites: Word Up (Always gets the crowd hype 🕺🕺🪩🪩🕺🕺)
Unfortunately Blake was neither an Eagle Scout nor a Drum major… but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a fun guy 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Anyway that’s all we have for you this week. Wish Blake good luck for the rest of the season and we’ll catch you next week for another BONEDAY FRIDAY!!!
