When your warm-up is actually the Macarena 🧘♀️💃
This morning I led my wonderful students through a gentle yoga warm-up as part of our integration…
Embellished, disguised and sprinkled with a little yoga magic - I was sure they were going to twig at any moment!
But they played along beautifully… and the laughter at the end was absolutely priceless. ❤️
Thank you to everyone at St John’s Sports Centre for being such good sports. You made my morning! 🥰

Who knew the Macarena could double up as a yoga warm up😂🧘♀️ We were all so busy doing our yoga we didn’t even realise! Absolutely brilliant and so funny when we realised what we’d been doing. Thanks so much Chrissie
