My bro… I think every musician or Bgvs should be paid for their time & what they are worth. in some instances where the band might have extended rehearsals to lock in the arrangement/music without the BGVs present then the musicians should earn more raba… but if they share the same hours of studio time etc…why shouldn’t they be paid the same? 🤷🏾‍♂️
