a month agoA career transition becomes much easier when you focus on transferable skills, not just job titles. 🔥
a month agoHad no idea you came from project management on top of all the money content. Such solid advice 👏
a month agoYes. This was helpful. I am not interested in project management at this time. But I am keeping all of my could go in this direction with the skills I have from my real work world work experience open. It is not easy looking over work experience but it take you back to the very start. But once I realized how much work experience I have gained in a short amount of time in the workforce it like omg. This is what the people who love me, care about me and want the best for me are talking about. It a feeling that will tell you it is time. Then the doors appear with great opportunities. Yes women it will happen for you. Keep going and don't let fear of the omg that a whole new world stop you from moving forward. It started for me a few months before I was graduating from college. If I would have not listened to the small feeling telling me it time to leave the job I had in college I would not be looking forward to all the wonderful opportunities coming my way today and for the rest of my life. Thank you.
