The battle of the best M3 in the world. E46 CSL vs E92 GTS.
Both are so good and so nostalgic in their own way. Having driven both, I really don’t understand how these have reached such similar values. Especially when you look at the production numbers. 1.383 CSL vs 137 GTS 🤔
Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the CSL and totally understand why it’s become such an icon. But for me the GTS just feels a lot more special.
A close friend has a CSL sitting in his collection and when stopping in Stuttgart, we obviously couldn’t resist taking them out for a few photos together.
Two generations, two different approaches and arguably the best BMW M cars ever made.
What’s the verdict? E46 CSL or E92 GTS?

The front, the rear, and the sides of the E92 just look like cost-cutting was happening compared to the E46.

Of course one of the 138 GTS. It is the best bmw ever made. Nothing is similar and so special 👏🔥
