Guys I finally did it!! 🥹

I saw a photo of this place on Pinterest more than 10 yrs ago when I was in high school. In 2019 I tried getting tickets but they sold out so quick. In 2020 I tried again and scored some!! 🎟️

A few months later Covid hit which needed up closing down the campground and hike for about 2 years.

Then there was a flood so they closed for another year.

Then the reservations were backed up so they moved my reservation to the following year… not going to lie I cried a little.

About 2 months later there was another major flood which ended up taking the life of a hiker. RIP Chenoa. 🙏🏼 The future of my reservation and the campground was unknown but they managed to get things cleaned up and reopened about a month later.

I’ve had officially waited 4 and half years to visit and it was everything I ever dreamed of! The best camping and hiking experience I’ve ever had. So beautiful, clean, majestic.
